The Mathey PPM Heat 38″ Resistant Rapid Purge System is a high-performance purging solution designed for precise and efficient welding in 38-inch diameter pipes. This heat-resistant system is engineered to withstand extreme temperatures up to 500 degrees, making it ideal for applications involving pre-heating, welding, and post-weld heat treatment.
Crafted with flexibility in mind, the RP38/HR system allows for easy insertion, use, and withdrawal from pipes, bends, and elbows. Its exceptional heat-resistant properties enable it to withstand temperatures up to 350°C (662°F) for up to 24 hours, or even up to 500°C (932°F) for short periods. This makes it suitable for 24-hour cycles that include pre-heat, welding, and post-weld heat treatment processes.
