Product Overview:
Evercoat Mold Release for Polyester Resin, Epoxy Resin, and Gelcoat (105685) is a water-soluble liquid mold release that forms a smooth, parting film, allowing for a glossy finish on molded surfaces. Promotes complete cure of Polyester Gel Coat.
One, eight fluid ounce bottle should cover approximately 20 sq. ft.
Contains no hazardous ingredients. Water-soluble formula allows for easy cleanup and removal from mold or gelcoat with water.
Sold as one, 8 fluid ounces (237ml) bottle.

Application:
Mold Release is best applied by spraying. Apply with a small orifice spray gun using 90-100 psi or an aerosol spray (e.g. Preval). Spray at a distance of 12-18″. Apply a mist coat followed by a heavier full wet coat. The product can also be applied with a soft bristle brush. Apply one full coat. Allow to dry approximately 30-60 minutes before applying resin to mold.
Gel Coat – When used to promote the complete cure of Gel Coat, apply one full wet coat by spray or brush to the uncured gel coat surface. Allow gel coat to cure 4-6 hours before removing mold release.
PVA Mold Release can be removed from mold or gel coat with water.
Eight fluid ounces should cover approximately 20 sq. ft.
