Compact RoHS-Compliant Breadboard – 830 Tie Points, Clear Housing (6.5″ × 2.1″)

Description

Ideal for testing, prototyping, and experimentation, this solderless breadboard features a clear / see-thru design, making it easier for students to learn prototyping using breadboards. Measures 6.5″ x 2.1″ and features 830 contact points (i.e. 830 wire insertion holes). It has 630 tie-point IC-circuit area plus four 50 tie-point power rails. Solderless breadboards are great for building and testing new circuits because parts can be easily inserted and removed. They are completely re-usable. The housing is made of clear ABS plastic, with a printed legend indicating columns and rows with numbers and letters. The internal contacts are phosphor bronze with a plated nickel finish. A peelable adhesive tape backing is provided for attaching it to a surface and an optional metal back plate is provided. Lead-Free and RoHS Compliant.

Finished projects can be moved to our 0302PCMB Solderable PC BreadBoard (sold separately) to make them permanent.
